The price includes: electricity, water, gas, bedlinen and towels, weekly change of linen, use of swimming-pool, cot and high chair ( on request ).
The cost of heating: is excluded and calculated according to consumption. |
We apply 6%discount to the weekly prices in the High and in the Middle Season period in the apartment Il Noceto and Il Castagneto if you are one or two people.
Included in the prices is a guided visit to the wine cellar and to the farm.
We offer wine and extra virgin olive oil tasting and fruits of the season where you can have some samples.
All of our products are biological cultivated.
We offer also guided tours to the manufacturing of our typical products and local handicraft.
Mountain bikes are available for rent
Regulations for the guests
Weekly rents:
Arrival: saturday from 4pm till 8pm
Departure: saturday morning before 10am
On request, during the Mid-season and Low season, it is possible to arrive or leave on different days of the week.
Renting for less than one week:
on request.
Payments
30% within 10 days from booking, full payment on arrival. Payments can be made through bank transfer, postal order, cash.
Cancellations
From booking up to 16 days before arrival 30% of the total amount.
From 15 days to 8 days before arrival 50% of the total amount.
From 7 days before arrival 100% of the total amount.
On request:
Baby sitter: 10,00 € per hour.
Cleaning: 8,00 € per hour.
Extra bed: 30,00 € / week.
Extra linen: 10,00 € per person.
Pets allowed ( included in the price ).
